FarmVille has taken the online gaming world by storm. It remains as one of Zynga's highly popular game though it has experienced a decline in its monthly active users.
Nevertheless, FarmVille still is one of the most fun games you'll ever play. How many times have you been tempted to open a new browser and check in your farm while in the middle of work? That's how addictive the game is.
But Zynga has a new online application that will surely capture a lot of FarmVille fans' attention: FrontierVille.
This new game takes you to the Wild West where you are tasked to develop a certain patch of wild land for your wife and then help raise a community. It still has some of the elements of FarmVille like planting and harvesting crops and raising animals. The difference is that FrontierVille relies more on the social aspect of the game.
Its predecessor is 2-dimensional, in my opinion, because you simply do what you're supposed to do: plant crops and develop your farm. FrontierVille, on the other hand, allows you to interact and establish relationships with neighbors. It's also feels a lot more natural. The circumstances are very much like what would happen if you are actually tilling a wild patch of land.
Weeds can overrun your land if you leave it unattended for a period of time; you get tired and run out of energy after doing much work so you have to eat and rest; wild animals can come to your land and wreak havoc.
All these things make playing FrontierVille a lot more fun and engaging than FarmVille. Ultimately, you will have to make sure your frontier is well-suited to raise a family and become a part of a lively community where everyone helps each other out in farm duties.
Playing FrontierVille for weeks now has been really fun. Now I see why millions of other Facebook users kill time in front of the computer. It's fun, engaging, and relevant. It almost makes you feel like you're actually a landowner.
Though there were some problems that I had to deal with like not having enough energy and coins to complete tasks and buy from the market. I frequent message boards and found that there are some Frontier cheat codes you can acquire to help with these problems.
One guide, I noticed, was very popular with FrontierVille players. It's called Frontier Tycoon, created by an avid gamer named Rachel Stark. I checked it out and found it really helpful because it provided tips on how you can increase your energy and triple your coins to make playing a lot easier.
There's not enough space to cover how Frontier Tycoon can solve your frontier woes, but I guarantee you it does work wonders. You should take a look at it here:
